HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
You may place your order through our online shopping cart.  When your online checkout is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Both your shipping address and credit card billing address must be within the United States.  In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.  We do accept PO Box numbers..

PAYMENT SECURITY/SAFE ONLINE TRANSACTIONS
We offer secure shopping using SSL protocol, an Internet communications technology, which encrypts and secures your credit card and personal information.  Your financial safety is extremely important to us.  4Affect.com contracts with Magiclamp Networks, Authorize.net and Comodo to help protect your financial safety in our online ordering process.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Currently, we only ship orders within the Continental U.S.A.

As mentioned previously, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States.  In addition, the issuing credit card bank must be based in the United States.  

SHIPPING FEES
We ship via United State Post Office (USPS) only.

SALES TAX
By law, we are required to charge 7.75% sales tax on all orders shipped within California.

RETURN POLICY

To return or exchange an item just contact us at customerservice@4affect.com for return address information. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges within 30 days of receiving your item.

 4Affect.com will make every effort to help you with returns and questions you may have.

We are not responsible for typographical errors. Price is subject to change without notice.

PRIVACY POLICY
All information you provide us will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of order correspondence unless given to us for our newsletter.  We absolutely will not share or sell our customer information with anyone. 

SPAM
4Affect.com does not support or send SPAM.  Affiliates agree at sign-up to only send e-mails to opt-in distributions and to include a way to remove people from their distributions who no longer want to participate in their list.  Marketing by other sites including affiliates is outside of our control.  We cannot be responsible for monitoring other sites and their marketing activities.  

If you have inadvertently received an e-mail from someone linking to 4Affect.com or one of its sites, please contact the sender directly to be removed from further distributions.  This e-mail did not come from us.  We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience.  We are also being bombarded with SPAM daily and support your activities to stop it.
